The leaked messages expose shocking details. Officials not only ordered the bombings but also celebrated the destruction, even though civilians were among the casualties. The three officials facing impeachment are:

- Michael Waltz – National Security Advisor
- John Ratcliffe – CIA Director
The scandal raises major legal and ethical concerns. The leaked messages suggest that these officials knowingly discussed classified military operations on a platform that does not retain permanent records.
